Alvin & Marie movie poster design.
Artwork by Drix Agency for a drama title. This page documents the poster as studio work. It is not a claim of an official studio commission, IMDb credit, or distributor campaign unless those credits are cleared and listed here.

Brief
Two names means a relationship is the product. Audience: drama and festival. The brief was couple-as-system, not a rom-com cliché or a split-diopter gimmick.
Concept
One frame that holds two people in unequal space — who has the power is the poster. We avoided floating heads. Contact, distance, or a shared object tells the story faster than two stacked portraits.
Type and color
Dual-name lockup designed as one unit so it does not break on 16:9. Palette stays intimate. We left margin for a second-poster variant (Alvin & Marie 2) without redesigning the type DNA.
What was hard
Two-lead posters often become a negotiation of face size. We picked a hierarchy and stuck to it across crops. The names share weight; the image does not.
