These Terms of Service govern your use of drix.agency and any project undertaken with Drix Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Drix Agency provides movie poster design, key art, photo manipulation, title treatment and campaign visual design services for filmmakers, studios and marketing teams.

Project Process

Each project begins with a creative consultation to understand your film, audience and objectives. Typical first concepts are delivered within 24–48 hours of project kickoff; full campaigns with multiple deliverables may take longer, and we'll confirm a timeline before work begins. Revision support continues until you're satisfied with the final artwork.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate project information, usable reference material, and timely feedback so your project stays on schedule.

Payment

Project pricing, deposit requirements and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. Final high-resolution files are delivered once payment is complete.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered artwork transfer to you upon full payment. Until then, all concepts, drafts and files remain the property of Drix Agency. Preliminary concepts not selected for final delivery remain our property and may not be used without a separate agreement.

Portfolio Rights

Unless you request confidentiality in writing, we may display completed project artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our work.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, you'll be responsible for payment covering work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

Drix Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered artwork, including its performance in marketing or box office outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
