Ashes movie poster design.
Artwork by Drix Agency for a thriller title. This page documents the poster as studio work. It is not a claim of an official studio commission, IMDb credit, or distributor campaign unless those credits are cleared and listed here.

Brief
Ashes suggests aftermath. Thriller/drama overlap; adult audience. The poster had to feel like something already happened, not a fire-safety poster or a phoenix cliché.
Concept
Residue over spectacle. Grey matter, a surviving shape, heat only where it earns it. We treated ash as atmosphere and time, not a particle preset dumped on a face.
Type and color
Low saturation, warm-cold split, title in a dry sans. Texture is in the grade and the paper feel of the one-sheet. Digital crops keep the hottest edge so the tile does not go flat grey.
What was hard
Fire imagery reads as action or disaster. We pulled the camera after the event. The challenge was making grey interesting: one color accent, one sharp plane, type that still reads on a white festival wall.
