Burn House GER — Horror movie poster design. Designed by Drix Agency.

Brief

A house that burns is a location-horror promise. GER in the title is a version lock — the poster still has to work without the suffix shouting. Horror audience; print for screenings.

Concept

The house is a character. Fire is a mood, not a disaster still. We showed the building as if it were watching back. Title stacked so GER can live as a quiet version line.

Type and color

Ember color against dead architecture, type with heat only on the word that needs it. Smoke as gradient, not a stock overlay. Laurel space away from the roof line.

What was hard

Burning-house images look like insurance ads or disaster news. We underexposed the fire and over-specified the architecture. Thumbnail read is silhouette of the house, then type.
